Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over AED 100 within Sharjah and Dubai. For orders below AED 100, a shipping fee of AED 15 will apply. All shipments of goods are processed within 9 days of placing the order.

You may choose Cash on Delivery or pay by card on delivery through our driver’s POS machine.

Refunds & Returns

• Electronics, Toys & Pets Food: No returns or refunds are accepted.

• Clothing, Kitchen, and Other Categories: Refunds are available with a 5% deduction from the purchase price.

• The product and its packaging (including the box) must be returned in the exact condition as delivered—undamaged and unused.
